Cases and actions

Every warning, timeout, kick and ban becomes a numbered case with a reason.

Use the commands in Discord or the Cases page on the dashboard. Both write to the same record.

• /warn: Warn a member, for staff
• /timeout: Temporarily stop a member from talking, for staff
• /kick: Remove a member from the server, for staff
• /ban: Ban a member, optionally for a limited time, for staff
• /case: Look up a moderation case, for staff
• /history: Show every moderation case for a member, for staff
• /note: Add a private note to a member's record, for staff
• /reason: Change the reason on a case, for staff
• /delwarn: Remove a warning so it no longer counts, for staff
